Playa Tecolote, Baja, Mexico

Just outside La Paz lies the popular white sand beach of Playa Tecolote. It gets packed on weekends and holidays, so we ventured a visit on a quiet, Thursday afternoon. The jet skis moored offshore didn't move and the inflatable yellow bananas were untouched for hours. The girls skipped, played tug of war, and ran around on the flat sand beach while we had a lovely seafood lunch under the palapas along the beach.
