One of the main highlights of our trip to Bahia de los Angeles, was viewing the wildlife in the bay.We watched baleen fin whales feeding just 10-15 feet from the boat and slipped into the water to snorkel with massive whale sharks. Mark and the girls even caught a ride on one who let them hold onto his tail. I swam about a metre behind one of these spotted gentle giants and was awestruck by its strength and majesty. This was an unforgettable experience and our proximity to these massive creatures was truly astounding. (They swam right beside and under our little 15 foot aluminum boat!)
