Boat's Maiden Voyage, Campbell River, BC

After many months of planning and choosing the perfect boat, we finally got to put it in the water. In what better place than Campbell River, BC - Salmon Capital of the World! Mark was overjoyed to finally be out on the Pacific with his girls in his boat. The clouds parted and the sun shone down on us while we spent the afternoon out fishing for the elusive spring salmon. The seas were rough as we left the calm waters of Discovery Channel, but the boat did wonderfully and we even had a picnic aboard before gathering clouds and the threat of a storm sent us back to shore.
