God Bless America! After taking a break from the Baja to visit my folks, the girls and I flew to San Diego to join up with Mark. The girls were ecstatic to embrace the annual children's parade through the RV park in Mission Bay. Face paint, streamers, flags, cookie decorating, popsicles, BBQs, and fireworks over Sea World to round out the day's festivities. It was over the top and every American camper was festooned with balloons, patio lanterns, and enormous flags. The crowds were unimaginable along the boardwalk and at the local beaches, so we stayed put for the weekend and embraced all things red, white, and blue.
